Poi abbiamo cambiato agenzia

When we entered the shop in person they told us that they would come to see our home to make an estimate. Instead, they never heard from us again and we have not contacted them. We spent 3 months like this. Then we changed agencies

After contacting them, even several times, for more than a month for a repair they promise me that they will intervene but then they disappear into thin air. I try to contact them for the umpteenth time but they don't even remember all my previous calls. Professionalism and desire to work equal to zero.
